Below are just a selection of some of the items from our collection. Some are on display whilst others are in store.

Worn by Ensign (Colour bearer) George MacDonell whilst in the Regiment. MacDonell served with the 45th from November 1811 but was killed at the siege of Badajoz on 6th April 1812.

Two Plaques brought back from 2 Mercian's tour of Afghanistan. The Regiment had formed on 1st September 2007. Privates Ford & Wright were both killed in action on 5th September.

Medals of Corporal Ernest Egerton VC. Corporal Egerton was in the 16th (Chatsworth Rifles) Battalion The Sherwood Foresters.

The St.Albans Cup. Given to members of the Robin Hood Rifles, each recipients name is engraved on the Cup from 1859-1935.

Medals of Colonel Victor Robinson of the 6th Battalion The Sherwood Foresters. Colonel Robinson was a Captain in the First World War when he received the Military Cross three times at three separate actions
